AppleHour Shipping & Delivery

AppleHour.com currently ships small and medium sized orders by international couriers. You can choose the shipping method you want on the Billing, Shipping, and Review page during the Checkout process. Shipping costs vary with item，the fee will show up when you proceed to checkout. 

How can I trace my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order.

How Long Will It Take To Deliver?

Total delivery time is composed of two parts: processing time and actual shipping time. 

Processing time refers to the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the major destination. Our processing takes 1-2 working days normally, while shipping time depends on the Shipping Method you choose.

What Are the Available Shipping Methods?

AppleHour offers regular air mail post and registered airmail post shipping methods for Free Shipping. For larger or urgent orders, Standerd Shipping or Expedited Shipping are highly recommended for you to make sure you receive the parcel more safely and timely.

Free Shipping

AppleHour.com offer Free Shipping for all products. Generally, Free Shipping orders are sent via regular air mail post and registered airmail post. It takes about 10-25 days to most places.

Since all post offices that offer international airmail services do not guarantee delivery time for Airmail parcels, the delivery time is provided for reference only.

Standard Shipping

If you need faster delivery, the Standard Shipping option is now available.

Once you have chosen Standard Shipping, your order will automatically get shipped by courier service for delivery within 6 to 8 days. Thus, the cost is rational and worthy.

Expedited Shipping

For urgent orders, the Expedited Shipping option (which takes 3 to 5 days) is the best choice at the moment. At the same time, we will process your orders in priority.

Expedited Shipping is really fast and safe, and yet costs you more.

Attention: Brazil and Argentina Customers

Please note that shipping may take 40 or 50 days to Brazil and Argentina because of strict customs inspection. 

We want the shipping to be fast, but this is beyond our control. What we CAN do is a guarantee of good quality and best price.
